| Ryan was dedicated to ensuring that the quality of his work was up to my satisfaction. He re-stretched and steam-cleaned my carpet. Then called to make sure that I was satisfied. When I told him of some "abnormalities" in the looks of the carpet, he drove back out and proceeded to use a dry method on the questionable areas of the carpet. He called me back afterwards and said he was glad that I called him and had him back out because the wet-clean did not complete the way he envisioned. (My carpet was heavily stained). Came back and the carpet looked great. Thanks Ryan!!! |
