Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
City: Portland, OR
They installed the heat pump & were very nice. The pump was noisy so they said give it a week & if it was still noisy call. We did & they agreed it was noisy & said they would put a blanket in to muffle the noise. They had to order it. They pump was installed Aug. The blanket took at least 3 reminder calls from me & was installed Oct. Also, the hose has already kinked and he said that it was awfully long how it was installed & maybe we should drill through the wall and let the water exit there. It was a bit disconcerting. They fixed the kink problem & installed the blanket both for no charge. Workman were great to deal with.

Jason, from Integrity, is as straight a shooter as you could possibly hope for when it comes to getting outside work done. He is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He and his staff were all very courteous and helpful, and the work has proven to be perfect. There was no push to upsell, and he has been very willing to answer questions after the installation has taken place. I still recommend that you research air conditioners, and familiarize yourself with the type and model you will be getting.
