| Sales rep was knowledgeable, and played an instrumental role designing a deck that we would be pleased with. Management clearly wanted to make sure we were pleased with the final product.
The deck looks great, but there were a few issues we had to work through to get there. We needed to ask to have a few items re-done to meet our expectations (worksite re-cleaned when finished, a few boards replaced, steps widened to original specs, etc) . The overall process took a few days longer than expected. I would recommend this contractor with a few caveats: monitor work to ensure it meets expectations, ask them to notify you if they unplug anything of yours to complete their work, and cover plants / grass that you care about prior to sealing the deck (we have dead spots from overspray).
We asked for a quote to have other work done on our house. They were agreeable, but never followed through on the quote despite several requests.

| Big Horn Builders are a 10.
Very professional, detail oriented and committed to nothing but the highest quality work.
Not only would I recommend them, I already have to several people. |
