The job was tear off and replace asphalt shingle roof with new plywood, and a small flat roof area to tear off and replace the rubberized deck. The contractor Phil and his adjunct Randy tried their best, and the job was a tragi-comedy of errors. The weather did not help, but even in good weather the crew was always undermanned and while courteous and prompt, far from professional. The estimate was inaccurate; we agreed to split the extra cost. I believe this job left all of us dis-satisfied--crew, Big City, and homeowners.

GR Construction did a great job. They scheduled the work quickly, worked long days and finished over a weekend. They did great work and the roof looks great. I was glad they were on time and easy to contact. I had a bunch of work done on my home this year and GR Construction was the best contractor I worked with by far.
