Columbia Contractors did a great job on my house addition. I give high marks for quality and value. Though this was a large job, they were flexible and easy to communicate with. They worked with my needs/wishes and have helped me build the home that I was dreaming about...really! I will continue to use Columbia Contractors in the future for my construction needs, I would not hesitate to recommend their expertise on any project large or small.

Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence in 97006
We needed seven fence posts replaced in two sections of our yard. After receiving several quotes, we chose Innovative Contractors because of their servicemagic & BBB rating and their very competitive price. We were very satisfied with the completed fence and the professional quality and service. We weren't sure what time they would arrive and when/how to pay them. Since it was an outside job this wasn't an issue - they started/completed the job with minimum interaction with us which suited us just fine. They left a bill when they were done and we mailed them a check.
