We needed to replace a sideyard fence that included a lean-to and shed on a partial slope. Pete was the first to respond and did a thorough job of inspecting the site and proposing options with an eye on quality and working around some restrictions. He not only came up with a workable design but was able to reuse some materials. He finished the job on time and within budget agreed to, with one change order. He was easy to work with, did the work hands-on which was a deciding factor for me, and incorporated some quality features at no additional cost. I highly recommend Pete and Legacy.

marshall was very kind and worked very hard on our yard and new fence. the quality was very good and we are enjoying our new landscaping. we installed new sod in the front and back without irrigation, so we had to water A LOT. but it was worth it. we did get some dead spots in the backyard where the sod pieces meet, however, marshall did come out to assess the situation when i called him and suggested what we should do.
