Kurt no-showed to our initial appointment, but I learned he had been called out of town to an emergency job. He was very sincerely apologetic, and offered me 10% off the job. He came the next day, was efficient, pleasant, tidy, and did an absolutely fantastic job. I will call him again for any further work on our home.

Install a Ceiling Fan in 97202
I emailed ServiceMagic on Sunday evening and he was able to stop by the very next day to take a look and provide a quote. This was for installing a ventilation fan in the bathroom ceiling of my 1910 bungalow. He was knowledgeable about the differences in construction of old and new houses and did a careful job. Overall good experience: honest, courteous, reliable- showed up promptly and cleaned up after work was done.

Jack came to the house and gave a free estimate, and was able to do the "extra" work of running an additional wire for separate switches for the fan and light. The quote was within reason compared to others. They were able to get the job done within a week from the estimate. (Not true with other vendors I researched.) Electricians were 45 minutes late, and I had to call to find out if there had been a mixup. Would have been nice to get a call letting me know they were running late. Electricians were friendly, and did a good job. Overall, I am pleased!
