I have now used them several times for various electrical installations (lights, ceiling fans, etc.). With rare exception, they are able to do any work within 1-2 weeks. The ceiling fan required several visits due to what I called a 'ghost' - the fan and/or the lights would come on or go off unexpectedly, sometimes in the middle of the night - and they came out several times to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I have found them very reliable and willing to fix any issues.

I have cedar shingles on my house and some of them were in really bad shape. Before Steve even saw my house he called his paint rep to check on a recommendation for treating the type of shingles I have on my house. They were quick, tidy and also helpful with ideas on what to fix on my house prior to the painting.
