Ken was great. He gave me three possibilities of new LiftMaster garage door opener. I chose the belt drive model. It's much quieter. Ken put it up, connected it, rested it and cleaned up in lickity-split-time. Great job Ken. By the way a neighbor stopped by and asked Ken to do some work for him.

Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener in 97229
Ken gave me a good ballpark figure based on our phone conversation. He clearly explained what might cause the estimate to be higher or lower. When he arrived, he immediately noticed the door was oversized and expressed concern about the 1/2 hp motor and current springs being undersized. We discussed options. He explained and demonstrated his concerns. At the end, he actually weighed the door so he could look at the mfrs specs. He sent someone back the next day to finish the job - a totally new system. The garage door opens better than it ever has.
