Exceed provided great customer service and excellent workmanship at a fair price. Communication was handled efficiently and expeditiously by the project manager Kylee Brooks. Additionally, Kylee assisted in a variety of areas that both saved time and provided a third opinion on what looked good,or didn't, in our Kitchen.
The lead person on the project, Dan Filkins, is an excellent craftsmen and a great problem solver. That combination proved to be very useful as the project moved forward. This was my first experiece with a contractor wherein they actually made money saving suggestions.

Remodel a Kitchen in 97236

Jim & others came in and did a terrific job installing a granite tile counter top. They also installed all the new appliances. They got pulled from the job once and worked stopped for a few days but he met the agreed upon deadlines. There was a problem with the stove fan and Jim came back the next day to fix it. I recommend Jim and his partners if you have a small proejct like ours. I'm guessing he would be great on a large proejct too.
